These Terms of Service govern your use of EverCast, operated by EverCast ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using our service, you agree to these terms.
EverCast provides a media management platform for church kids ministry teams. You may use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
EverCast is billed at $9.99 per device per month. Each device subscription includes 5 GB of media storage. Additional storage is available at $9.99 per 100 GB per month.
Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain full access until then.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to active subscribers.
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. At the end of the trial, a payment method is required to continue using the service.
You retain ownership of all media files and content you upload to EverCast. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and deliver that content to your paired devices solely for the purpose of operating the service.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to upload and display any content you add to the platform.
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We will not be liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions, maintenance, or technical issues.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time from the dashboard settings. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EverCast shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
